We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others and only use the information collected from you as disclosed in this statement. 

We request information from the user during the check out process. Here SafetyAZ.com customers must provide their name, shipping address and credit card number and expiration date. This information is only used for billing purposes and to fill the customer's orders or requests. We will send emails to confirm orders and/or to answer questions regarding orders.

We use Mal's E-Commerce for our shopping cart system.  When you add an item to the cart you are sent to our section on their server.

SafetyAZ.com takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via our website, your information is protected both online and off-line.

Online Security

When the SafetyAz.com website asks users to enter sensitive information (such as the credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page that is protected by SSL, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked (as opposed to unlocked, or open, when you are just 'surfing'). You can also double check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site will change from "http" to "https."

Be Aware: Some versions of browsers and some firewalls do not permit communication through secure servers.  In that case, you will be unable to mistakenly place an order through an unsecured connection.  If you cannot access the secure server for any reason, please email us at orders@SafetyAZ.com and we will contact you.  Never send sensitive information, like credit card numbers, via a standard email or fax.

Off-line Security
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job, are granted access to personally identifiable information.
