Merchandise may be returned for exchange or refund within
7 days after you receive your order. |

In order to process your returns quickly and efficiently
we require prior authorization from us for all returns. Please
send authorization request via email to orders@SafetyAZ.com,
or by fax at 602-352-1414. |

Returns must be in perfect condition with their original
packing, receipt, and packing slip. |

Please assist us by indicating the reason for your return
or exchange on your packing slip. |

If you have received the wrong merchandise or it is damaged
or incomplete, we will credit you the amount of the merchandise
and the shipping costs. |

If you are returning merchandise that is not damaged or incomplete,
we can only credit the amount of the merchandise. |

Please be sure to pack up your returns carefully and insure
the shipment. |
